Bio for Anne Walsh

I seem to have traveled from childhood to grandmotherhood in the flit of a swallow's tail. Along the way I tripped over the art of cross stitching and discovered my "quiet place". I find it bewitching to watch a picture slowly
appear as my needle pricks its way across the fabric. Who would have
thought a simple X could work such magic.
